You use a tracker website and type in her name there, the one you see on screen in her APEX stream.
The same one used when tracking Aqua's progress back during her road to masters.
How exactly they track progress I have no idea, but it works. Well, work is putting it lightly, its not completely accurate and afaict it doesn't track all your games and I still have trouble finding myself there. But for the broad strokes it works.
Like I went to take a look earlier after that tweet and its how I know she's in Plat 2 now. Or that she had a week of no ranked APEX.
Besides that, based on her name change during the CR cup it also seems to somehow maintain tracking over name changes too, I assume they query the API or something. APEX isn't the only game they track after all, they track ranked for a whole bunch of games.

Her sens is high as FUCK and that's shit for all FPS games except maybe quake or tf2
Sometimes when her aim is on point she can hit some pretty awesome shots but just now with the longbow you can see her doing miniflicks that go way past the enemy. If she lowered her sens and got used to it for a couple of weeks her potential would go way up.
Or get used to controller for a couple of months and turn into a walking aimbot

When people start FPS games they often go with default settings and go with something that feels easy to turn with. Also they go for high DPI and shit, so they end up with some stupidly high sens
It's only in extremely based games like cs where the first thing you learn is that you go low if you wanna own

Many holomen seem to have much bigger collab ideas and projects, but Matuli likes to keep it simple most of the time. Which is true, most (but not all) of her collabs are usually pretty chill gaming with not much planned. Well, I wouldn't know 100% since I don't watch a lot of other holos anymore, but from what I've seen collabs seem to have a lot more planning put to them nowadays. Like the discord leak from (I forget who but like 3 holomen MC collab) where it was mostly scripted. It makes for great entertainment, sure, but considering Matsuri's doing a lot of work behind the scenes preparing for live events and the like, she probably doesn't have the energy to spend that much time planning some epic kino collabs and just wants to keep it chill. That's just my autist analysis, though

Gonna ramble a lot but I'll try writing up something. Blogpost warning basically.
I assume you haven't watched a lot of Matsuri and are interested.

Short: Cute, funny, professional, hardworking and very genuine.

Long: One of the realest vtubers out there. She's always had her shtick of being the "loli lover pervert otaku crazy girl that screams a lot" which is very entertaining for sure, but underneath all that is a very heartwarming and genuine girl. Basically the seiso thing isn't a meme. She might have her streams where she goes all crazy girl screaming mode, but in another stream she could stop to talk about some very serious real life shit for 30 minutes. For example stop for about 30 minutes to realtalk to her viewers about confessing to someone you love, and how you shouldn't shy out or waste your opportunity to confess to someone you might not be able to in the future. Or other similar very real life topics like that. She's very much an otaku just like most of her viewers, so there's a lot to relate to.
Also, her being genuine could be seen as a bad thing too, depending on your viewpoint. One of her "being real" points for example could be her engaging with antis on twitter when they complain about her playing too much Apex or something. It's a turn-off for some for sure, but it really adds to her being very genuine. Personally I think it's a good point, but obviously I'm biased as a matsurisu
She's very hardworking, and very much seems to love her job. Her average stream time might not be as long as others, but she's very dedicated to it. She does a lot of work behind the scenes, for example she has the most appearances in Holo Graffiti, she's starred and MC'd many official holo streams, and she puts in endless hours of work for live events, because she's very much into her idol activities. She's got 6 hours of dance lessons tomorrow, incidentally.
Speaking of, her idol activities are something any holo fan would enjoy, and have enjoyed. She's a very talented dancer, and has a very pleasent singing voice. You can see it from how /hlg/ during idol events turns from the "Matsuri anti thread" into people just loveposting about her and praising her dancing and singing, people really enjoy it. And she does too. She's said many times that while on stream she might be the "normal otaku menhera Matsuri", on stage she is "idol Matsuri."

Despite her genuine and "menhera" at times, she's also got a real level of professionality that you can see in official hololive streams and live events. She can really behave herself when need be. She's a great MC and has a great sense of humor that really shines in collabs. Speaking of collabs, despite not doing collabs as much as others might do, she really likes her colleagues/friends. She speaks very fondly of them and has a lot of love for them. She's full of love towards the people around her as well as her fans. It's hard not to gachikoi with how loving she seems to be towards her fans. Extremely cute.
I really suggest you check out her twitcast sometime, that's when you see the very chilled out, down to earth, genuine Matsuri. The topics she talks about could be anything, but it really is a beautiful experience. It's max gachikoi stuff. Super comfy and hard not to love.

I rambled a lot and I'm extremely biased as a matsurisu, so take everything with a grain of salt. Everything I said I believe to be true about her, and I try to keep in mind what non-matsurisus would think as well to not seem like a 100% gachikoi. I suggest you give her a shot if you haven't and make your own decisions. I'm sure you'll find something to agree with the things I said.

Probably trying to improve, she's been picking it up a lot lately. The second I woke up I actually checked twitter with drowsy bed eyes and I misread 腹 as 膝 and glanced over the rest "病院に....配信はお休み...." and I thought she fucked up her knee again. She has tendency for allergies apparently. And with seafood you always have the risk of food poisoning and the like. Matsuri just apparently has really bad luck with that. She also got food poisoning last time she offcollabed with Lamy when they went out to eat. They had seafood and the next day Matsuri made a new friend with her toilet.

Thanks. I don't really follow her roommate so I wouldn't know. For some reason it doesn't feel right so I've kind of made the choice to not follow everything that happens on that side. Maybe in the future though when/if hololive dies out. I really do love Matsuri and by extension her roommate as well, but for now I'll stick to the holo side of things

Nothing that can't be healed. Most allergies you just take medicine for them. If she got food poisoning though, it could potentially be a bit worse but nothing that can't be fixed with a hospital visit. Unless she's got a severe allergy, which I really doubt considering how much she eats seafood. afaik seafood allergies don't tend to be as severe as nut allergies let's say.
