I think (at least viewing from the outside) that Prism actually seems to have a lot of unity within the company both in the talents themselves and the staff where people aren't necessarily going to want to leave because of the good relationship they have with their colleagues.

Though of course if someone gets accepted into hololive or something then that's another story. Most people aren't gonna turn down that kind of money... But otherwise my biggest fear with Prism really is that one talent leaving winds up dragging a bunch of others who were close to them with them. Like I think Rita has mentioned at one point that she and Luto agreed not to leave unless the other one was also leaving, but if you flip that around it basically guarantees that if one of them wants out bad enough the other one will follow... And Luto & Rita leaving together would be devastating for Prism I think, hopefully not too many other such relationships exist that could lead to a chain reaction of talents flooding out.
