Eh that's not a good comparison there. Collabs between company is more for cross-pollination between viewers of both companies, so in this case introducing Holo viewers to Niji and vice versa. However though in recent days Holo as a box is self-sufficient, they don't need any outside help to grow anymore which is different from the early days, so I can see why the management would rather not risk doing it anymore, more harm could come rather than the good.

A quick look at her project wingman stream shows her spike happens every start of a minute without fail over most of the course of the 4 hour stream (first few minutes and some parts are undeterminable), though with tampering amplitude. First hour the spikes are around 300ccv, around 200ccv for the second hour and somewhere below 50ccv in the last hours.
Those spikes totalled about 40k total vod views. Her current vod view for this is 370k (streamed 48 hours ago) with a recorded 13k peak/11k avg.
Even discounting the spikes, a 330k views for a <2 days old 4 hour stream with those ccv is still relatively high. Indicating that even if the stream is botted as such, the possibility of cull may still be in play. That, or the vod was still being botted even after the stream ended, lending rationale towards the high vod views
