"idol" has tried to start the company by amassing volunteers. In this form, the third article has you requesting to opt into payed service. Payed service is only offered to corporations and businesses that can provide invoice. This is a pretty strange thing to put on a form. This essentially forces freelance artists to work for free.
One of the positions on this form includes a game server developer. This confirms the fact that they were gearing production to the creation of a full interactive world, not just vtubers, which they likely advertised to sponsors.
The fact these guys got a nintendo collaboration makes much more sense when you realize what they initially tried to achieve

What we see here is an intentional attempt to paint themselves as a non Israeli company who has decided to approach making content in Israel and received support.

This is another part of the facade of the company. It carries itself like an industry veteran on its website. Like some sort of a deity of idols who has graced the state of Israel with gifts. The reality is that it was some failed entrepreneur's newest get rich quick scheme.

Looking at the company they presented as in mid march it is kind of hard to believe that they are even the same people.

Then kept changing the goalposts and delaying everything. At first the company talked about being an Israeli project, but then started pretending Idol was a global corpo that was targeting Israel first as part of a bigger thing.
