5 minutes is a rate at which vods usually release or process a bunch of vod views for those who follow vod growth.
However it happening on ccv is something new. I dont think i have seen it with jps but i have noticed this microintervals with en specially on collabs lately. The last i saw something like this this was in a roboco ark stream near to the end of ccvid. So something is broken on these streams or youtube in general. My guess is that they having load balancing issues or something in collabs triggers this issues for some reason like delays.
Luxiem and nocty dont have this issue because i think most their viewers are not natural youtube watchers. So whatever processing happens with en viewers wont happen with their viewers because is mostly empty accounts that need no verification. Vox endurance having no effect on his subs gain and shu dead poll might be proof of that. Their viewers come from outside of youtube they arent pushed by the algo more than the females here maybe they are on billi or weibo and the weak vod gains for special streams despite the ccv might show that too. And because they are watching without accounts it is easier for yt to count them even naybe twice if they try multiple conections.
Also the current niji girls that are not selene should raise alarms regarding their numbers
