Hololive is one of those rare things that's popular because it's legit better than the rest. Some indies and members from other agencies are genuinely good too of course, but Hololive is consistently filled with great people and they make a conscious effort to ensure the worst traits of 3D women aren't allowed to surface. Same thing will happen with the EN males; they won't be Poohbait twitch sluts like the Nijis. Mori is the only exception to all of this and it's why I hate her so much.
