Maybe it's the contract? I can see a scenario where management or whoever is advising them thinks it's not an issue to let the talents use the company as a stepping stone so that the remaining talents can collab with bigger agencies, but that's such a retarded strategy I have a hard time believing that's the case. But then why else would the talents be able to immediately join another agency like that unless there was no non-compete clause? Or maybe the bigger agencies just buy them out and pay whatever fine is attached to breach of contract. Whatever it is I hope they fix it before Lili retires.
