Out of the ones I've actually listened to:

Okayu: Pure soul, absolutely delightful.

Mori: Some of her in-character stuff is a bit cringe but is fun to listen to; I regularly find myself listening to her pre-Hololive work whenever it pops up in the recommended feed.

Gura: Found the one genre she can absolutely nail but kinda flubs it whenever she does something that isn't city pop or big band/lounge; Bonus points for singing in Japanese pretty well despite not being much of an actual speaker.

Ina: Comes off as a little flat but she has the spirit, you can tell she's doing her best, if not a bit shy.

Haachama: HI. HOW ARE YOU. ARE YOU CALLING UP MY PHONE. BABY TELL ME WHAT IS WRONG DONT YOU EVER LET ME GO.

Ame: Clearly not as experienced in singing as the others, and is clearly only going it for the fun. While she's objectively not a good singer, it adds to her charm and bolsters the "girl next door" vibe she can give off at times.
