No. I like how hardworking she is, I like her committment to her fans. I think her papa is a great artist. I also like that she is pretty honest when things bother her and doesn't really BS much. She also seems to have a good heart for people. I remember that response she had to a fan that was dying, not everyone is capable of saying what she said in that moment, but it was beautiful. I like her and think the energy, enthusiasm, and knowledge of idol/JP culture (not to mention nihongo skills) she brings to HL are critical to bridging the gap between east and western chuubas.

I uses to like Kiara before the move back home, but after that she just became so full of herself. Her gameplay streams are painful to watch, she puts 0 effort into investing herself into the game until a cute girl shows up on screen, she lets chat control her like shes a twitch plays bot. She shoehorns a completely unrelated personal story durring important segments of the game every time because zatsudan is the only thing people watch her for.
I dont even want to start with KFP being white knights and schizos, but even without factoring them, Kiara is just a self absorbed woman who's only form of entertainment is telling you about her day and then ignoring you to fuck her cats while you watch. Kiara is harder working than any of her gen mates, she's the most underrated vtuber in her corporation and she deserves to be more popular than she is.

In a members stream after IRyS debut right after Kiara's birthday. She was pissed off and crying and kept refusing to say why, just angry denying how it was because of IRyS taking the highlight off Sparks.

She was fucking pissed, but just was extreamly passive aggressive and anxious and basically went on long long rants about nothing, basically saying Cover could of waited a single day but they didn't.

I was pretty deeply in love with Kiara at this point, but was already getting sick of the Woe is me shtick. It was every single members stream, it always ended in tears. Every time.

Then I saw the effect, people on Reddit tweeting at Cover, at IRyS, and just angry in general looking to hurt the people who hurt their Pheonix Oshi. I collected 10 pages of tweets and reddit posts directed at cover and IRyS, calling them out for using Kiara to build momentum for IRyS' debut. All these people filled with rage after this Members Stream.

I was sick of it, the manipulation with tears, the constant woe is me, it was the breaking point. But I still tried for a bit... Then STREAMMM SPARKS PLEASE!!!!! happened... It wasn't a joke, YOUTUBE WAS AGAINST HER, THE ALGORITHM, ect ect ect... Holy shit, she just got worse and worse.

And the KFP just was an echo chamber making everything worse. But that echo chamber got worse somehow. On the KFP discord, view bots and scripts were being encouraged by this war against Youtube, to help "Balance" the views because Youtube's Algorithm was AGAINST her. People were bragging about having scripts... It was so fucking weird, these people were so delusional but still felt like Heroes in their mind.

I honestly fell out of Love with all of vTubers at this point, which is for the best in the long run. I had already given over 1000 to Kiara at the point, and was deep in the Parasocial hole with her.

Source, 15 yr fan of Hello Project (Morning Musume), and AKB48 and related groups.

From a standpoint of the original vision of Cover, and Yagoo's original dream of creating virtual AKB48 style idols, who need to be:

-hardworking: never give up, always look to improve
-connecting with audience: being there and present for the fans, through zatsudan, sharing personal experiences, etc.
-singing: singing "well" is good but more importantly, singing with passion and from the heart
-dancing: same as above, you don't have to be a prima ballerina but you need to have passion
-girl next door: this is not a stacy, most popular girl in school. AKB48 style idols should be a girl you feel would be a neighbor, childhood friend, or quiet girl at school
-respect for idol culture: what it stands for, knowing it's history, knowing who's who in the idol-sphere
-passion for idol culture: wanting to be a part of it all, improve on all idol qualities
-seiso-ness: this doesn't have to be all or nothing. Long gone are the days of publicly shaving your head in shame. You can be quite un-seiso on the surface, in fact it makes you more endearing, but you can't have deep yabs like public BF's, collabs with men, etc. It's easier for a vtuber than IRL idols but yabs can and do still happen (example, Rushia) so still an important quality to keep in mind deep down
-growth: one of the most important qualities, this type of idol needs to start at one place, and grow to new heights. Better singing/dancing, entertaining, collabs, and have their star power shine bright.

There are some JP holos that are this, a few EN holos who have some of these (Gura/Irys), but only 1 EN holo that has all of this:

This is why Kiara is god tier to an old Momusu like me. Their golden age was 10 yrs ago but girls like Kiara keep the fire alive when no one else will.
