You find them throughout the game, in Liurnia the ayyyy lmao cartwheelers are 2nd generation Albinaurics, 1st gen are tall human lookalikes that have faulty legs and when their legs give out they die
Maliketh, the Black Blade defeated the Godskins and took Destined Death and locked it away, which in turn sealed away their true power
