Sana accidentally goofed up with her excuses for not streaming. Back when she said that her dog died, it was actually a family member that had passed away. It would make sense for why she was gone for so long. Then her family's service dog actually passed away. She couldn't use the last excuse to take a break to find a new dog for the family since she had already said her dog died, so she had to create another white lie to save herself. That's where her saying she goofed up her back comes in. Finding a service pet might take a bit of time in Australia but not enough time to where you can't stream at all, so she managed to at least stream for an hour or so when she does manage to stream. The reason I believe this is because isn't it odd that a digital artist who sits at her computer all day doesn't know how to properly take care of her back? Just doesn't seem to add up.

TL;DR, Sana lied about her first absence and when what she lied about actually happened, she had to then create another lie to cover it up. It's why she asked the other girls to not mention it.
