I hate to be THAT guy, but codemiko's model is easy to rig and animate.

Her skintight shorts and jackets means that she'll have less collision problems to worry about. Unlike mori's long dress and cape, which requires good cloth simulation and collision so it won't clip like crazy. Creating a model like mori's takes a higher level of skill.

Although, I'll give credit to codemiko's hair simulation. It looks really realistic and it collides nicely on her shoulders.
I guess by ignoring cloth simulation altogether (giving her easy clothes, etc), they were able to spend all their time and effort into getting the hair to look right.
