Considering averages fluctuate widely, all the way down to 100 is reasonable. The minimal requirement however is being Twitch partner or the YouTube equivalent in numbers.

shxtou pulled in a huge number because he did an ASMR stream and made fujos coom left and right. Aethelstan is pulling a good number right now cause it's his usual collab night with Nyanners so he's got a hunk of her fans in there too. Ikumi and Rainhoe snuck back into the top 7 for the first time in a while so good on them.

As for The Non-English section: Korean continues to dominate and Cotton__123 is starting to rival Vo_ine for top dog in that division. She peaked at nearly 15k viewers two nights in a row with over a 10k average. Across the board Korean Twitch Chuubas have seen an incline, and I think a storyline going into the summer is the potential for Korea to become the next big Vtuber market outside of Japan, NA, and China.

Despite pandemic restrictions lightening up, KR chuubas are continuing to see an incline, so I think you're right in saying that KR will grow a lot during the summer.
