The big problem in the vtuber world is that there's all of these greatly talented people worth watching. But for some reason, nobody can understand, most of the fans are completely obsessed with Hololive and will not watch anything else. Even when Hololive does awful stuff, like spamming a single game 1000 times (Minecraft, Elden Ring, Vampire Survivors). Or streaming 10 hours a week like a lazy fuck. Or whatever the awful tranny manager character was.

The point is that there's other people worth watching. Hololive is making a lot of mistakes which should by rights be punished. And these other people are often doing some very creative, very interesting streams that you'd never see in Hololive. It's not just Nijisanji, it's all the small corporations as well. They all have some really good people. These people deserve a chance too. In fact in many cases they're even more deserving.

While Hololive is a closed-door corporation that uses monopoly tactics, most of the Niji talents WERE smaller Indies in their past. They have much greater sympathy and outreach to the greater vtuber community. It's much more wholesome. Also, they don't numberfag, which is really nice.

When I made the jump to Niji I was impressed with just how much better it was. The girls actually had FUN! I checked out the smaller corporations too, and found them to be fantastic. I also checked out some Indies as well. Although, to be honest, many of them are lacking, there's some good ones, like Yuuka.

I believe the biggest problem with Nijisanji is they're using the Nokia tactic.
It might work for physical products, but not entertainment industry that felt more like service industry
For them to flood the market created a market confusion where audience can't focus on every new talents introduced every month
While management is busy directing the new talent, old but rising talent struggle to create content to keep their audience to stay
Also due to large amount of members there's no focus in merchandising and licensing deal
And some of their Vtubers who have potential market found themselves can't holding on to that market due to oversaturation
For example, Hana Macchia was viral thanks to her Doom stream, but she can't maintain her followers and lost most of them when NijiEN was introduced
This also highlight another problem with Nijisanji in general, with how they more actively cannibalize audience within their own group
There's zero focus, just each niji members making groups of their own


Also I felt that Nijisanji fans are less united, they're more scattered.
