I'M GONNA SAY IT, RATE MY IDEA
I want Jenma to appear on stream. By all accounts she seems like a very sweet and helpful person and Kiara loves interacting with her, so giving her the opportunity to talk with her one stream (even if it's just a one-time thing, for example they could do a Holotalk episode where they talk about talent management) would be super nice. Kiara would probably gush over her all the time, I'd love to hear that directly with her. And it's not uprecedented either, Polka has her semi-regular series "Legend of Polka", where her manager Isutzu-san talks with her (and even does IRL-footage, no face though, ofc). We don't have to go that far, of course, and it's ultimately up to the willingness of the talent and the manager what they want to do together, I'm just saying the possibility/opportunity is at least open, apparently. Jenma also has enough fanarts (and Kiara drew some herself), that they could simply grab one for a quick easy PNGtuber model.

It's not that weird, because "managers being unknowns in the background and all focus should only be on the public talent" is kind of the default mode for pretty much all of Hololive.

There are sensible reasons for that, opsec/nda issues, not wanting to let the audience look too much "behind the curtain" and see how the sausage is made (they may not like what they see), and most managers are happy to stay quietly in the background and just do their job (if they were public, they would feel pressure to also be entertaining, and that's not in the job description they signed up for), and that's not even a bad thing, because in the most extreme case where a manager thinks they are such hot shit that they absolutely need to be paid attention to, you get odious faggots like Omegatranny.

But yes, things like the "Legend of Polka" skits with her manager Isutzu shows that it CAN be done (so it's not like there's a hard blanket ban / company policy prohibiting it completely) , if both parties are up for it and have ideas about how to make good content together.

I have no doubt that Kiara could come up with stuff that would be fun for both of them. It could be a one-time thing like a Holotalk episode (Yagoo and A-chan show that non-talent guests and staff are possible, and the more "serious" talks they had were some of the best and insightful episodes), where they could either talk about talent management in general or reminisce about they journey they've been through together.

I hope Kiara at least considers the idea, or that it can be brought up to her if she wasn't even aware of it yet.
