Urara from Tsunderia graduated because she's gonna be a manager for HoloEN3, besides that she's tried to bring Purin (rejected, doesn't want to feel like a betrayer), Lisa (already accepted, though hopes she can get to the one year anniversary), Miori (wants to accept but is trying to get into Holo like Suisei) and Ami (rejected, too autistic to understand her talent is wasted in Tsunderia as she wants to play retro games without permissions getting involved)
Besides that, she's also using her connections to get Uruka from Phase Connect and Shiki from PRISM
Her overall objective is to simply be in a company that will appreciate her managing skills and get paid appropriately, when asked what is her objective for HoloEN3 she said "HoloFantasy but without a menhera that will ruin it all", this initially caused a very negative reaction at Cover but 2 hours later Rushia's Discord message leaked and you all know what happened next
She was somewhat resentful when she learned that Kronii got her friend into HoloEN3 before she got accepted as a manager but quickly turned around when her friend proved to have high synergy with her selected talents
Her dream is to go on stage one day as a manager that got a model like Nodoka-chan and scream "suck it Rosemi"

Nice rrat, I'll play along just for the sake of actually evaluating some of my favorite smallcorpo girls.
Miori is the obvious standout pick, that girl has the qualities, workrate and acumen to make it and would be a great upgrade to almost all existing HoloEN talents.
Shiki as well, is similarly the standout from another small agency.
Lisa and Uruka I can't see, they're nice girls, but still too green and nothing really screams star quality about them. Not saying they wouldn't work (hell, even if they weren't ideal, the brand buff alone would carry them decently, and there's enough anons who'd fall for their zoomie/dork personality that they'd surely find a fanbase).
Purin is too menhera (not that this hasn't deterred Cover before, but I hope they tighten up their mental health screenings of future applicants this time), and Ami is a cute but not getting to play her retro games would kill her.

All my favorites from the "usual suspects" small corpo talents for example seem relatively stable and settled. I was feeling the same during HoloID gen 3 debut.
There were some speculations and I checked out the speculated chuubas but instead of feeling hyped, I feel underwhelmed instead.
When ID3 debuted I already not feeling enthusiastic, watching their debuts feel like a chore. I simply had to drag myself just to support the branch.
My first impression of them wasn't so good.

Kobo was very fresh tho
But I still not feeling it

It was exciting originally because people were looking forward to the follow-up to Myth. Things have settled and an EN gen 3 group is not something I can see a lot of people getting CRAZY hyped about like last time.
