Izuru, Astel, and Rikka are generally the three people mention as the best singers. Rio with more practice will probably slot there too in the future. He desperately needs the flight time.
Having said that, Stars' singings have their own 'motives'. The other Stars are still better with their songs, just not as general as the aforementioned four + maybe Shien.
I think I can say there are people like me who loves Robesan's performance in the concert the most even though he barely sings. That was geniunely good, not only "good because you watch them the most" type of stuff I get from watching the girls (which is fine too).

Anon its not that bad. Ollie's a holostar fan too, its just that she's part of Holo too. It's something fun for her to do and interact with other star enjoyers.

Rob changed from BH/Cryp who he used to practice for weeks into Watt right as the scrims started. He didn't even use Watt when he played with Temma and Izuru like 3 days ago.
I thought they were just throwing and aiming for that PC with that choice yesterday. Like, make the weakest member of your team weaker? Rob having no idea how to play Watt yesterday only reinforced my conclusion.
Yet they got better today, highly consistent too except that one round they fought Astel, with mistakes they can fix because their coach immediately pointed it out.

Definitely practicing off-stream a lot. Explains the lack of Rob's hiruzatsus too.
