That said most of the girls have fairly fine taste. Lot of them seem to just rec 1 or 2 of their current big battle shonen series plus a comedy or romcom series, but a few have more diverse options and I'm seeing a lot of them recommending their actually good current series like SxF.
One thing I'm surprised by is how little Kaguya there is. That's pretty popular and I thought women liked it, particularly 20+ ones like most of the holos.

There's a slight complication in that it has to be something currently published by Shueisha so stuff like HnK and City Hunter and so on don't count.

I actually have read almost everything any of them mentioned and only find some choices boring as they show no identity even if I like the manga itself. When you limit it to 3, you need to throw something in there that shows you actually took the thing seriously (like Subaru, Watame, Iroha, Laplus, etc.) or go true to your own tastes when you were young rather than current flavor of the month like Botan did. I would probably tend to go Botan's route as I prefer recommending things that are completed rather than ongoing.

So taking that into consideration (and that this is recommending to others, not just my personal obscure favorites) I'd go:

There's no reason for any manager, no matter how incompetent they are, to have their talent miss out on an opportunity as big as this unless they're actively sabotaging their talent.
