Worth millions of dollar, but doesn't mean they're going to spend and waste the millions of dollar. Both Cover and Anycolor only pull out their best tech when it comes to a special event that they know will be worth it since it'll make back the money, like the concerts. While that was the plan, nowadays it would seem people are still throwing down hefty amount of cash for Live2Ds and rigging. People are starting to confuse having high quality models with quality rather than having quality and entertaining contents. Half of these indies with tech better than Cover in the end spend their streams following and playing the same exact shitty games the big companies are playing and 50% of their high price models are hidden away.
