a i noticed: the voice has a bit of noise in some sections, or what seems to resemble clipping/peaking; this seems to be intentional because no amount of tinkering with the volume (when i thought it was my fault) made it go away, and only happens in upbeat sections.
also, just like with GHOST the cancelling of the instrumental track is not perfect even when using the HQ files, it just seems like the voice tracks pick up a teeny tiny bit of the instrumentals anyway, or maybe even FLAC isn't enough for preventing small artifacts to show up.

for songs that have an official instrumental version it's super easy, just take both the voiced and voiceless songs, overlap them, and invert the waveform of either one of them. you can do this very easily with audacity. usually you want the hq versions because lossy formats like mp3 may introduce a few artifacts that will make the waveforms not completely cancel each other out.
other than that it gets very tricky since you need to devise some sort of algorithm that can decently recognize voice so it can isolate it, or you could more crudely start filtering out the frequencies that don't correspond to an average human voice (though i doubt ANYONE does it that way). some websites and software are actually surprisingly decent at that so i may give 3:12 a shot tomorrow. (i wanna learn how to do this procedure myself one day though)

Getcha isn't about bad women, it's about independent women. Wicked/Capsule are kinda similar, in that they're about how they work hard and do what they want.
And Template is also literally just "I'm my own person, I decide for myself what's right".

I'm watching the Hoshi no Kanata karaoke stream from the Hoshi no Kanata day.
Only now realizing how polite they are to each other.
Constantly asking each other if they were ok, suisei checking Kanata's health from time to time, just generally being very nice and respectful to each other.
Compare that to how Kanata talks to Coco or marine or how suisei talks to miko, it's completely different.
So it's starting to make more sense now. They weren't really that close, but were very fond of each other. They admired each other from afar, and once they started getting close just realized how incompatible their personalities were. So they slowly drifted apart.
Appearing on each other's stream less, but still getting stories of each other and then hanging out or eating together. Then even that stopped, with just a few mentions of each other from time to time.
Till now they don't really hang out at all, don't really talk about each other at all, don't really think about each other at all. Just two people drifting apart.
