Are there any others like her who managed to get into the same company their oshi is in?

Early Vtubers were usually scouted by their company, while later ones usually applied because they had heard of vtubing and were fans themselves. How do you think this change will impact vtubing in general? Do you think we will see more hardcore fans (maybe even gachikois?) audition for and get into companies?

I don't know enough about Iroha and Koyori to know their oshi, but it seems like everyone in 6th gen are fans who made it in. Whilst it's nice to have some members who are fans, I don't know if it's a good idea to recruit fans exclusively.
