I was the one who wrote it there. How do you differentiate fans from gachikoi? Because to me, gachikoi are fans who went one step beyond watching something, and are actively involved with the idol, both financially and mentally. Those people sometimes go too far. Unicorns, meanwhile, are a step beyond gachikoi to me, they develop a full-fledged parasocial relationship with their oshi.
Suisei understands that she has all kinds of fans, and she loves them all the same. We see the reason why she's so apprehensive about certain superfans in the MV - they can go too far and hurt themselves, while she can't do anything about it, she can only continue singing and being herself. She doesn't belittle them, laugh at them, or chase them away.

To understand that mindset, I would suggest thinking about an idol less like a normal girl, and more like a princess. It would be unheard of for a princess to flirt with any random man because it's vulgar and reflects poorly on her morals. Same thing here. A classic Japanese idol is perfect as a Greek statue. This idea slowly changed since the 80s because perfect idols weren't very relatable and the girls were being pushed too far. Suisei is a great example of a modern idol - she's down-to-earth in daily life, she can be weird and silly at times, but she will not allow her image to be truly compromised by an obscene display of any kind, and when she's on stage, she will be perfect in every regard. It's not just about sex life, it's about becoming larger than life.
