Once you have some understanding of vocab and grammar, start watching JP vtubers. You get to see the vocab you've learned applied in context and practice your listening reps. Wean yourself off EN vtubers, they are whores and a waste of time.

Holos like Mio or Shion are good options since they speak clearly, not too quickly and use relatively simple vocab. Alternatively if you want to groom a 2view or other fans of your oshi you can practice your reading and writing on them by engaging with their Twitter. That way you get free replies and real people responding to the sentences you make.
