Debut buffs are tied to how much interest from tourists you have. The more interest, the bigger and longer lasting it is. Your goal, as a new debut, is to capitalize on this to convert as many of the tourists into Causal viewers+Long time viewers. How well you do that determines what kind of floor/ceiling you have. It's not set in stone though, and if you somehow go viral/crack open a new market you can incline off of that.

Pretty much the case for anyone that watches both. NijiEN is more of a western Niji ID with the difference they stream much more in comparison. When it was just Lazulight, Elira even said that she wanted NijiEN to be just like IF and have impromptu collabs just in discord. She was very happy when she could be on it for Pomu and Finana. So in the end just like Niji ID, which was an influence, they began doing it already in lazulight.
