Gen 3 is still strong as long as they have Senchou and the rabbit. Gen 2 though is unironically very close.

They were lighning in a bottle. But aside from that, you have to know the mentality at the time prior to Myths debut. You just need to dumpster dive the JP threads back when the first holoEn auditions were announced and the amount of doom posting there was. If Njinogs thought that Luxiem was unfairly doomposted prior to their debut, that's nothing compared to myth. No one thought that ENvtubers could be anything but 4kids dub level of cringe. And as funny as it was in retrospect, a lot of people thought they might barely perform better than HoloId, and this was HoloID pre-pekomoona. So with such low levels of expectations and then to suddenly be hit by five very hi-spec talents (and yes, I'm including Calli in this), it created an incredible positive whiplash.
