I do wonder about that. This is one of the few times we can see how much money gets spent on things other then meaningless superchats, and most of the time they end up smashing the goals. I remember nayuta's merch has sold out in the last year, and she ended up doing a second run but concerts attendance is hard to predict. There's also no real reason to set an overly ambitious goal and come up short instead of setting it at the realistic costs and having the rest be either a warchest for other activities or doing a more complex concert then the minimum if you end up with surplus. You're probably right that most of them have no idea of how many of the thousands of viewers actually are willing and happy to pay to see them on stage, though.

They're all hosted in Tokyo, so assuming you can get into the country and have a ticket, probably not that difficult. The problem lies in the unpredictability of Japan opening and closing it's borders in the post COVID world.

In my experience, most vsingers have great ccv on their streams but their covers and originals, if not advertised by yt, tends to have low views. With that being said, I don't really believe that she's using bots. Hachi's one of the few vsingers I've followed since the start and she's had low ccv and subs for a long long time. She only really blew up after her one man live with her subs soaring high and ccv tripling.

Any type of ballad is what I'd judge off of, really. I normally will scroll down the setlist for a random karaoke and pick 2 or 3 songs that I recognize to see if I enjoy them, but if there's no slow songs then I'll pick the standard meme songs since I know how they should sound, so there's a certain level of contradiction in me picking up people because they sing songs that I know but find myself listening to them more if they have unique set lists.

In general I'm looking more for spirit than pure quality so things like Kokoro Odoru or anything like niconico medleys or ambitious stuff like KOKIA's anything is a good sign to me, even if they don't quite pull it off
After all skill itself can improve with practice but improvement in attitude is way rarer

She had Aoi on for a 3d concert since then, but nothing with GEMS as a whole, I don't think. As to DSTM, she said that was only possible with the help of the INNK staff, so I wouldn't expect it to happen again soon, if at all unless management helps her, especially since she's going to be very busy for the forseeable future.
