Obviously you are gonna say your own oshi, but whose seems to give legit value for money to their fans, and whose is disappointing?
I don't care about your opinion if you stopped supporting them entirely for insert butthurt reason here, I mean if you are still a fan but feel for whatever reason you don't get much out of it and stopped paying. Likewise if you just keep paying even though you can't understand a single word they say.

Since this seems legit i will tell about my only membership.
I have Ame's membership and i'm pretty happy with it. We get constant updates and different types of content she likes to explore and make for us such as Zatsus, cooking, drawing and such. Always trying something new to see what we end up liking.
She doesn't do watchalongs because those are for everybody to watch on the channel.
She does ASMR (very rare) and even if i liked them she's not a professional like Fauna is at it so don't expect quality and consistency. I personally wouldn't mind not having those anymore.
All in all, i'm happy with it.

Gura - The only one I would recommend if you're looking for content. She does a lot more member streams than the others, and the content is also quite different to her greyname stuff. She's more open in member streams, not quite gfe, but certainly more warm and friendly. Plenty of karaoke, which is a big thing for me, and a lot of zatsus where she talks about herself and hololive in a more meta sense, as in stuff that's going on with her/hololive and her future plans etc.

Ina (my oshi) - Not worth if you're just looking for content. She does a lot of text posts, which is nice, but I miss them because fucking youtube doesn't notify. As for streams, there aren't many. What there are are normally watch alongs or zatsus similar to her normal content.

Mumei - Not bad overall, very good karaoke. Outside of karaoke her stream frequency is about average, and her streams are just a complete mix of content (creative/zatsu/karaoke/watchalong/asmr/games). Also does a decent amount of text posts like Ina.

Irys - Heavy on zatsus and watchalongs, but not much else. Not much to say about this.

Fauna - Average stream frequency, mix of asmr, zatsus and watchalongs, but it mostly feels just like her normal content.

Also used to have Ame, she's firmly meh tier for me in terms of how much I like her, but her membership was worth it just for the content, but it dropped off a bit. I'll probably pick it up again eventually to see what's there.
