Hololive uses a proprietary 3D rigging so we don't have the details, but watching the way the girls move, it's pretty obvious that it requires some degree of practice to understand the quirks.
Korone being /fit/ as fuck, super high energy, and generally outgoing lets her give the exaggerated movements its asking for.
You'll notice that the other girls who are in decent or better shape also have good movements such as Matsuri (after two years of dance lessons and taking her health somewhat seriously), Danchou, and (barring her model being broken) Coco.
