If we're talking about OA and how cartilage loss, there are multiple reasons that could cause it.

It could have been her poor diet, strains caused during her obesity years back, genetic, etc. If I have to second guess, she might have been experiencing dull pain on her knee joints but regarded that as non-issue.
These issues don't appear overnight and generally caused by prolonged cause... Albeit I rather not assume what is the case.

Yes, Matsuri having hswk as her oshi is not an act, but surprise surprise many weebs are very enthusiastic about their oshi. That has nothing to do with her relationships though, and it's stupid to start making connections to "burning bridges" or whatever /hlg/ likes to say.
This stream was literally a shill stream between holo and ichikara and Matsuri made back the money she used probably twofold. On a company credit card as well.
And if you'd actually follow Matsuri's and hskw's interactions in the past 6 months or so (which there haven't even been many) they're so clearly just baiting the audience with the "festival lusts after hswk and she rejects her" shtick. What you see on stream is exaggerated to fit the meme but what you hear from their off-stream interactions, it's not literally like that. Except the oshi thing, which we saw at the niji live where Matsuri called in. But honestly I don't see anything wrong in having an oshi. You do too and so do most vtuber viewers and idolfags.
On top consider that Matsuri has much more interactions with her friends and colleagues inside hololive and not hskw or nijis (save for her Apex buddies maybe.) You hear much more off-stream stories with holo members from Matsuri instead of the other way around. Right now she's had 5 days of straight dance lessons with 1st gen and she's got collabs planned for the near future. Namely Luna probably quite soon. That doesn't sound like destroying relationships to me.

Hard to say. For me I completely lose my mental, i.e. clutching, capabilities after a short while. Although my physical skill isn't much to write home about anyway.
Otoh I was spending time playing more passive games while she played MHR which demands a more active playstyle. That along with her dance lessons probably helps keep her sharp.
And honestly speaking, she was much sloppier in the APEX streams she did after the tournament anyway, so I wouldn't worry too much if she gets serious.
