She already has collabed with Ironmouse, and had better chemistry with that "stranger" than with the majority of her HoloEN "FRIENDS!!!" (who're you trying to convince, Mori?). She already hangs out with another member (Syd/Hime) offstream, to drink and have fun. And connections to closely related people like the TT crew.

She fits better "culturally" into Vshojo, it has less of the "bullshit" parts of japanese idol corpo Hololive that she clearly chafes with, for example no expectation of any kind of "proper" behavior. She can talk to all of her favorite twitch eceleb males and suck their cocks 24/7 in Vshojo, where that behavior is not only not frowned upon (like in some parts of the Hololive fanbase she antagonizes), but actively encouraged. No management / buerocracy interference, she can do much more on her own terms there (and wouldn't have to run to her roommate account to bitchvent with kayfabe, for example), she can raid and be raided by her favorite peepeepoopoo dildo moistman like she always wanted.

It would be a win-win for both sides, Mori would be free and much happier instead of the gilded "bubble" that she either retardedly tries to change or stubbornly resists to be changed by, and actual Hololive fans (not "Mori fans", they can fuck off right with her) would be free from the retarded cancer this foreign element brings

Mori would honestly do worse if she transferred anywhere else. It's not really a secret that hololive has the most dedicated management in the scene. Mori doesn't push any boundaries enough to benefit from laxer restrictions and she's very reliant on her project output.

If Mori became Nijisanji or VShojo she'd probably put out far less music and start spending all her time in unorganized collabs with her friends.

Eh, most of her music output is still self-directed and not "pushed" on her by corporate management.
She has done a lot of music before Hololive, so there's no reason to think she would stop making music after Hololive. Especially when you consider that a big part of what drives her to make music in the first place is not corpo prompting (unlike some other people who are not as musically driven and only put out a song or two for appearances sake or because it's "expected" when you're in an idol corpo, so they actually need management direction), or simple profit motive, but a huge part of her self-identity, her conception of "this is who I am / what I want to be", being seen as and recognized as a cool rap artist or whatever, and is her main way of expressing herself creatively, and her way of working out her bullied theater kid past traumas, and with her being an eternal womanchild, that spring will never run dry. (See for example how before she was famous, she was rapping about how hard it is to be an unknown struggler, now that she is famous she raps about how hard being famous is, boo hoo. So you don't just run out of topics at a certain point, you can always find something to bitch about whatever makes you currently unhappy)
