Fallenshadow is a useless weeb that didn't make it past middle school, doesn't leave her room, can't leave the house by herself, has no IRL friends, can't do things like use the oven or tie her shoelaces. Vtubers are fundamentally a fictional identity. Even if a vtuber represents 100% of the person behind them in personality, interests and opinions, the identity alone creates a line between a vtuber and the viewer.
Any connection you create across this line is inherently flawed. Even if the vtuber genuinely wants to connect to their audience, as little as two viewers means that you're already failing to have genuine interactions with them. If your vtuber is isolated and you cross that line, odds are better than not that it's an uneven relationship of either simping or grooming. Even in some REC-esque fantasy where you meet your favourite vtuber in real life and hit it off, you're inherently participating in a dishonest lopsided relationship.

A connection with a vtuber can never be genuine. Give up and go look somewhere else if you want something real.

I can only recommend you JPs as western women are too far gone to be considered sentient. A lot of the JP girls have what you're looking for even though some of them are more subtle than others.
