The thing is Moona has a pretty good voice and she's an amazing performer. You get swept in and forget her hard ESL accent and autism in the swinging of her hips and the sheer power of her voice.

Risu has better technique and range but that's about it. She doesn't even sing that often.

Risu was alright, not sure if pre recorded but it was good for a live performance, and definetly good for a holo as most holos are subpar singers besides moona and irys(yes shes good despite what her haters think).
id say its like Moona>Risu>Irys>Suisei>Azki, though all their styles are pretty different from eachother so its hard to tell

Are you SEA yourself? As a native English speaker at some point it does get in the way.

Like, it's not like she has to have perfect idiomatic EN. Her accent in High Tide is perfectly serviceable and doesn't get in the way - it's exotic in a good way, even. But listening to her karaoke right now, there's points where her ESL accent is so thick it flat-out gets in the way of the lyrics as she struggles to pronounce them.

It can take you out of a song if the pronunciation is comical or incomprehensible if you don't already know what the song is supposed to be. Moona largely avoids this because she sings stuff everyone knows and does the same songs until she gets it down but if you've ever seen her take requests from the audience and just try to wing it on new English songs it's pretty hilarious.
