As someone from Texas that lived all over US while growing up I agree, she does give a southern vibe. The problem is that she seems way more like someone from the northeast. My RRat is that papa shark was a winter Texan. South Texas has loads of RV parks for them and the easy access to Mexico makes it super cheap to live.
