But in all truth she is genuine, endearing and hilariously pure. She's on the "spectrum" which can make things a little awkward. Can be little loud sometimes when excited but you can see she having fun Vtubeing.

I have to mute the stream when she collabs with people I watch. The couple of times I've watched her solo, she was okay.

I would be confused and moderately concerned. There's not really any reason for her to go corpo when she seems to be content with freely collabing with random other indie/vshojo friends. She isn't even consistently streaming on her own channel, so I don't think she's that concerned about growing her numbers. Hololive wouldn't make sense at all.

That said I do like her and I hope she succeeds in whatever she wants to do.

She's autistic. Not the meme kind everyone under the sun gets called, but actual medically diagnosed autism and it's very obvious. She has a lot of trouble reading the room and operating in collabs, especially in big ones. Other than that she's a competent vtuber. There's 0 chance she would go to Hololive, even if she did apply in the past since she's very close with Vshoujo and has a ticket to get in any time she wants (along with Snuffy).

A little bit before Pomu Rainpuff (Niji EN) was taking a break to have preventative surgery they were in a collab together and Haruka asked her a question about it. Pomu was nervous about it and obviously didn't want to bring it up and no one else did, but Haruka being autistic couldn't really pick up on that. It was awkward. She apologized later when people pointed it out, and Pomu doesn't seem to have any ill will against her.

Haruka is arguably the single most friendly and sensitive vtubers in existence. Literally not even exaggerating here. She's autistic (literally, she says so in her intro video), and like autistic people she has great difficulty reading other people. To avoid this causing problems she has the habit of constantly worrying about how others feel, and is basically constantly apologizing, thanking, and praising others for even the most trivial things. This constant politeness means she can basically get along with almost anyone she has ever met and almost never offends anyone.

However, I guess it's a double edge sword. She's also... I'm not sure what to call it. Hyper-sensitive emotionally? Too self-aware? Just very anxious? Basically she recently took a month off and lost 90% of her subs due to someone sending a mean DM (not even kidding, it should still be posted on her Twitter somewhere). Haruka's sensitivity would get her chewed out and ripped to shreds if she entered a stage as big as hololive, unless she was kept in a reality bubble where mods filtered all her contact with the outside word.

Personality-wise she's sort of a funny dork. She's also very seiso (or maybe just looks that way because she hangs out with vshojo which is filled with thirsty thots and toilet humor). Either way she doesn't use her femininity to appeal to viewers like most vtubers, and you'd think she was just a friendly guy pal if you read the transcripts from her streams and didn't watch/hear her.

Haruka is one of the few vtubers who you genuinely want to protect and probably needs protecting. And unlike other vtubers, it's not just because she has a cute little girl model or plays a character; she's entirely transparent and I'm not sure even can play a character due to her autism. She's a rarity among vtubers, and this is coming from someone who's not even a regular viewer of hers.

She's basically a louder, more obnoxious Mori, but as a Deadbeat I like her a lot and would be happy to see her.
But seeing how entrenched she is with Vshojo, doing successful without being a corporate talent and just updating her Live 2D, I don't see that happening.
I'd love to see a collab some time in the future though.
