I like this one that uses white + dark + drop shadow for the big text in the thumbnail and just uses the bright pink with dark outline and a light drop shadow for normal subs.

Not gonna post stats yet but here are my thoughts on our ad campaign.

Advertising on biz definitely has sense as it gives the most amount of impressions, unique clicks and probably is THE board to Advertise on 4chan. However it's a very competitive ad space costing around 1.50 USD per 1000 impressions. /jp/ in comparison, on a good day is like 20 cents. I also think it's a bit of a diminishing return type of thing - advertising in typically chuuba spaces makes sense and it's cheap but some people will recognize the advertised person. The followers from ads definitely do come to the streams - we all see results from it. I've spent roughly 100 USD and we got our worth out of it. For next time I'd have to organize something either like 600 USD campaign strictly on biz or we need to advertise outside of Red*it and our Mongolian forum.

It would be good to insert posts about her on other subreddits than virtualyoutubers or in general other sites. My 2 cents.

I'm on the same boat to be honest, and I think that's the whole point. If we think about Nina's model now, it's nothing great, it's a simple bust-up model of a girl using normal clothes, there's no complex design or concept, just a simple girl. Her redesign doesn't really take out of that, just now it has a bit more feeling in it, but it still is a "plain" mode. It's a good model but it's not an eye-catching one by default, it doesn't filter people but it also doesn't bring people just because of it. The main attraction is Nina herself and her abilities. I don't know, this seems exactly like the plan, or I became too much of a schizo. In the end, I just feel like the new model is just right.
Though I will add that one can say her model ends up being eye-catching exactly because it's simple when surrounded by tons of overly designed models
