Considering averages fluctuate widely, all the way down to 100 is reasonable. The minimal requirement however is being Twitch partner or the YouTube equivalent in numbers.

From what had been said in streams, Eilene made them Moe's manager and wasn't a good one. Also didn't do much editing when supposed to. And Eilene offered Moe something if she dropped her pre-Moe channel and it never ended up being delivered, so really it seems Eilene neglected Moe, and Comdost didn't do their job either.

Well let's think about this logically.
In order to be a mod that Saruei keeps around and stays around, someone would have to be:
1. Will do the mod work for free, of course
2. Not lash out or straight up leave when the frog has episodes
3. Not directly tell her how much of a sexpest you would be if you could (though you can certainly be thinking it and keep it to yourself)

Someone who has all of these might be rare, so if Darius exhibits them that might be why she keeps him around, along with 'tenure'

So I think my main concern on these proposed mature content rules is that:
1. Streamers right now are in no way forced by Twitch to use the mature tag they have now (labeling your stream 18+)
2. If these new ideas were implemented, I feel like streamers would be forced to identify as mature by Twitch if they fall under these stricter definitions of 'mature content'
3. I feel like this could be a bid for Twitch to appeal to advertisers, promising them the squeaky clean Twitch section, while starving this new mature section of ad revenue.
4. The artists who draw sexy girls, like many of the VTubers talked about in this thread, might be forced into that mature section of Twitch if they continue to draw the types of art that they currently do on stream.

Probably the greater issue is that Twitch has no targeted advertising (at least last I heard). They're just firing ads blindly in the dark and hoping they stick, which leads to ads being far less valuable. That's part of the reason Facebook threw a shitfit over Apple blocking their tracking.

The end result is streamers on Twitch make less money, and viewers have to spend a lot more time watching ads to offset bandwidth costs (due to the lower value of each ad). I'm guessing the lower overall ad revenue is part of the reason Twitch takes such a large cut compared to Youtube, or it had to invent gamey ways of making money like bits, hypetrains, cheering, etc.

This was back before Twitch drops were an integrated thing with their own web page and Twitch inventory stuff, it was a Warframe exclusive thing where every time the streamer earned an achievement everyone watching would get an in-game drop. Updating my Layna card for the last time. When I initially made it I didn't have many good reference pictures then it turns out she has a zip with refs that she links her skeb requests and I didn't know what she had on her ears initially so I winged it.
