They both have a similar level of skills/technique but Kanata is by far the better singer here anon and that is simply because Enna was too weak at the lower pitch part of this song anon. Their high pitch voice feels similar, but she really sucked in changing the tones in the middle of the song.

Now see the difference in the skill for yourself.
Enna without a doubt has a way better gifted voice than IRyS, but pales in comparison because for IRyS shifting of tones is literally nothing for her. Enna having a better voice does not make her a better singer in lot of cases.
She has been grinding for more than 10 years to master the technique and that is because like the other singer in Holo Niji like Gura, Moona, Risu, Enna, Elira, etc she does not have the gifted voice. She is a pure product of hardwork and it makes her singing standout this often. The only problem that one may point out with IRyS is that her voice is not as distinctive as Enna, Elira, etc.

I see that you know nothing about music theory. In your own examples, Kanata struggles with lower notes, at the later low part of the song she even missed half of the notes, because she wasn't able to control it.
On the Irys example, she had shown a really poor tone control. Just listen to the melodic line of the original, and you'll see that Enna did everything near perfectly, while Irys failed around 30%. Based on a single example, I would put Irys somewhere below Elira in terms of technique, but I need more examples to know.

I am not sure if you are that anon who is trash in music theory, but let's assume you are not.
Every music piece uses scales, some of them switch between scales, but most use one. Basically you can take any song, and increase/decrease tone of the scale, or, as some call it "change the key". So, Enna was singing in a lower key than Kanata, and I guess that you assumed that she didn't hit Kanata's high notes, because she is not good enough, but in reality she did that on purpose, because otherwise she would go out of the song's scale and ruin the song. Now when you go and listen to the highest part of the songs in both examples (regardless of the key), and listen to the melodic line of the original song, you'll hear that Kanata missed some notes in the those parts, because she struggled with them, while Enna did mostly fine.

I feel like there's a ton of fluctuation in Myth's singing quality. I can't fucking stand Mori rapping, but her regular singing voice is quite pleasant. Kiara has a great singing voice when she's singing normally, but every so often she insists on singing in her chicken voice and it's like nails on a chalkboard, you can't sing while straining your throat like that.

K I've listened to them all now. She can certainly sing but I'm not into her voice. Does nothing for me. I feel like that ship has sailed, anon. Enna's other big musical work was the Higurashi concert. It's pretty clear she has a particular set of musical and thematic influences she wants to follow.

And honestly, I think that's perfectly fine. You can get lots of views and sell lots of copies even with niche genre music - case in point Wish of this Songbird is at nearly 500k views and it's not like Enna's promoted it much at all.

Enna is objectively a better singer than Suisei, Moona, or Risu. If you can't see/hear it, then you need more musical experience. That is a fact. I don't watch or listen to enough Azki or Sora to compare them with Enna. If you want to compare Enna's skill and passion for singing, ask yourself how often do you hear Suisei, Moona, or Risu sing the harmony to accompany a recorded melody of themselves, swap the major/minor keys of a song for a different interpretation of the song, or include ad libs in their songs during a karaoke. This is on top of Enna having better tone and pitch control than them.
