It's very possible something from Matsuri's past will come back to destroy her career for example.

For the others an accident or unexpected event could cause it.
The common theme is that if a problematic event happens, Hololive's management will always manage to make it worse and will use their vtubers as meat shield, throwing them away to protect themselves.

Thus the question is not if something is likely to happen, but how high the likelihood is they can survive another management moment, hiding their incompetence and pushing all the blame onto a vtuber instead.

Those are fine candidates for graduation to take the blame in that event.

I think people need to realize that graduations are not always bad. Sometimes Vtubers graduate to focus on education or their passion careers. For Hololive, this company can get these girls so many opportunities. Some of them in the future may even be scouted for VA work, and if that happens and the talent decides to graduate to focus solely on that career, we have to respect them and their decision.

Their isn't going to be another graduation anytime soon, but I think it would heal a bit of hurt to think about in the future, there will likely be graduations, but again, not every graduation is bad. These girls have a life outside Vtubing, and it is okay for them to prioritize that life over vtubing.

At the very least though, I do not think that there will be another graduation, not anytime soon, not this year or next. I can see Hololive members still thriving 5 years from now.
