What you people don't get is that Holos really don't stream that much at all and really have lots of break time to do whatever they want.
Also, once you've learned how to dance/sing to some basic level you really only need a couple of hours of practice (Korone even did it in her own home) to get some normal dance down.
This idea of weeks long marathons of dance practice for 2-3 songs is nonsense. They're not kpop songs.
So they can easily do it in their free time without cutting streaming time and your oshi either lies or procastinated the event until the last few weeks if she makes you believe otherwise.

Since for many "live" events they lip-sync (they record x number of takes a previous day and then they mix and auto tune it to perfection) if they hired dancers to perform too (talking about all vtuber companies here) and it got leaked they would be the laughing stock of half the Jp internet.

presumably they've practiced privately with cover supplied choreographers virtually for a few songs. Its still nowhere near as good as going into a studio for training, and that's why I think their performances will be nowhere near as good as JP's, except possibly Kiara. Hopefully it will not disappoint people when Ina moves as you'd expect someone who has lung issues (I think?) and is a professional illustrator would move. Maybe a basic idol step but not much above that. Gura and Ame might surprise because they seem to be reasonably fit.
