The general rule of thumb is Twitch if your content is primarily based on livestreaming and YouTube if your content is primarily pre-recorded and edited.

First, ask yourself if you would watch a streamer of your skill and experience. Second, do a check on social media and look to see if other streamers are already creating similar content. Don't limit yourself to vtubers, include traditional real life streamers to scope out a potential audience.

Yes, as of today my mouse suffers double clicking, so it makes modeling on blender extremely infuriating as it skips the second step of adding new shapes or drops your vertices in the middle of your movement. I have no choice but to order a new mouse, going with optical switches this time, hope it's worth it.

Do not put stock in what anonymous shitposters have to say about what you should and shouldn't be like, especially if you're a young woman. As much as you might not want to admit this about yourself right now, you're currently living through some of the most impressionable years of your entire life.
If you want my honest opinion, I think you should worry more about your life outside of the internet than being a vtuber right now. If you can take a good, hard look at yourself and honestly say that your IRL ducks are in a row, then just start streaming with whatever PNG you feel comfortable using as a representation of yourself.

Record yourself speaking/reading/singing and listen back to it every day. This is to get used to your own voice so you don't consciously think 'I sound ugly' which reaally affects how you speak. For some, it's easy. For others, it takes a while. Go at your own pace.

Once you stop cringing at your own default voice, take it up a notch. Speak louder, softer, more aggressive, more cheerful, etc. Put some emotions in so you don't sound monotone, but don't think of it as acting. It's to remove the mental block preventing you from expressing your emotions in voice. The goal is to be naturally expressive.

Final step is adjusting your speech pattern depending on the situation/setup. You don't have to sound pleasant 24/7. People with nice voices still sound groggy in the morning, and radio hosts don't sound like that off-air. If you got through the first two steps, this one turns out to be the easiest.

2. Your voice is something that can change over time. An example would be amiya from tsunderia, who was in pretty much the same situation. Compare her vods and you'll see what I mean. If you're not comfortable with your voice, realize it's something you're able to train.

3. I'm like 90% sure I know who you are, and right now I think it's too early for you to worry about long term stuff like your voice. Focus on hitting your stride in terms of content first, figuring out what you enjoy about streaming.
