She's mostly focusing on the business deal stuff it seems. She is blaming Nani, her previous management company, for a lot of this as well as she tries to pin some of this on OG for causing miscommunication when he contacted Layna directly. She also claims that she was finishing the cosplay for the models but was admittedly running very late with them when Layna had enough and cancelled the project, but provides no proof that she had the photoshoots scheduled or costume made. She also tries to claim the boxes in Layna's story are actually unsold Susu models because there happens to be one box out there in one of the pictures, which is kind of a flimsy thing to say but I can see why she went for it.

She includes full context screenshots of the chat logs Layna had in her stuff but they more or less just include parts where layna either forgave her or was trying to change the subject or where she apologized a few days after sending the initial offending message to people. Frankly it's not shit that I would say would change the context of them dramatically.

She apologizes on two separate occasions in the doc for being mean to people and offers to pay Layna back the 2k she took at the end of the project.
