A lot of these agencies creators are part of are basically just there to answer emails and handle and help them get sponsor deals and official business representation. Most of the actual community and personal management and basically the day-to-day activities are handled by the creator. This "PR" person is honestly just an employee that is there to help mitigate or help the streamer give blanket responses and apologies. These companies are less Official/Professional representation that handle the inner workings of the creator's process and more just "Yeah we'll help you make a bit more money and offer you business connections outside your scope"
