Twitter search is bollocks and can only display like 10-20 results before it gives up so set the timeframe to something small like 1-2 months. Filtering by links only shows posts with embeds so it will give you image uploads as well. Twitter profiles show you the year they joined so use that to your advantage.

Why would Lily's streams in particular be creepy? There are heaps of lolitubers out there. She's the one that actually embraces the childish personality instead of going for the 'looks like a child sounds like a child but has the personality of a roastie whore' anime trope that every other lolituber does.
She even sidelines the GFE angle (instead of explicitly embracing it like Shondo) by going for the little sister thing instead. Her streams are undeniably more tame than the vast majority of Western vtubers.

Depends on the type of cancer but chemo is usually at least once a week and takes all day, if you're having primarily radiation you usually go everyday and the whole thing can take hours. Not to mention you feel like complete shit usually for at least a month, plenty of people with cancer literally cannot get out of bed for weeks at a time. I feel like the reason Lilyhops feels unsettling to lots of people and Shondo doesn't is the gap between reality and the stream.
Shadow's pretty sincere, talks nonstop about her life and mental illness and family etc. She can't shut up oversharing personal information. She overshares horribly but that means we also get to see her at all of her ups and downs and she'll tell us if she's not okay. Then you learn more about her, about her being schizo and all of her family issues and trauma and her eating disorder and shit and you realise she's just this genuine childlike zoomer girl who wants to have fun and desperately wants everyone to support her. She's never had many friends or people supporting her and so streaming is nice for her because she's been socially isolated for so long.
Lilyhops on the other hand rarely talks about her personal life without keyfabe involved, tries REALLY hard on her image despite it being pretty obvious (s)he is is a hag. You can watch her for a really long time but never really learn more about the real her behind the persona. She keeps everything really tightly secured under the little sister keyfabe. She streams as the character and lets no real person seep through, which is really unsettling to watch because practically no vtubers do this. All of this makes it feel like, I don't know, she could genuinely be outed as a pedophile and literally nobody would be surprised. Plus her chat is practically a hugbox of discord groomers. Shadow is much more normie friendly.
I like them both so don't think this is me dissing either I'm just considering the difference between them which is strange because they're a similar vein of streamer I suppose.

I think a lot of the bigger ones get a pass (Iron Mouse, Silver, etc) it's the ones that walk the line or just flat out use overly "uwu anime" voices. For example Vienna and Silver would be fine while Chibi obviously wouldn't.
