It's hard to QRD, it's basically a pattern of BPD menhera meltdowns. This recent one was dramatic enough to alienate even respected members of the vtubing community, and the 2views she has burned over the years are crawling from the woodwork to tell their tales.
So it's multiple anecdotes from dozens of people all with the same takeaway, she's a shitty, abusive person who gaslights and manipulates everyone around her.

The straw that broke the camel's back here was her snubbing an artist for her art contest without any explanation. Her mod eventually gave him the reason that "it looked traced," despite the artist proof otherwise. It was just bad art. She stood behind the mod's actions, dunking on the artist via twitter and repeatedly throwing him under the bus.
Other chuubas and artist tried to chime in on why that was kind of shitty and she went on a blocking spree to any negative criticism, no matter how nicely they approached it. She eventually backpedaled and apologized for throwing a bad art contest, but no apology for her behavior. Now she's spiraling because of the backlash and making herself out to be the victim so she won't have to apologize for any of it.

I used to be a digital artist. Early on, I used to trace a lot, and flipping/mirroring the original (basically, the reverse of what that anon did) was a low-effort way to make a traced work less obvious when looking at the original. So the fact he mirrored it isn't really an argument against tracing.

By the way, I did check those two images. It's definitely not traced. Saurei's limbs are much thinner than the source art, and her head much bigger, so lining up the lineart is impossible without severely distorting the proportions of the original. If it's traced, it's been modified so heavily that it's impossible to tell, so basically precludes most definitions of tracing.

Ttracing is by definition is following the line-art, and the line-art doesn't match (which would be more clear if you hadn't miniaturized the image). That's why I was focusing strictly on the lineart and not whether it looked the same. The term for what's there is just copied, derivative, or highly referenced. Though I guess I have to concede that outside the art community, there's no nuance and everything highly similar is just called tracing. Which was probably a mistake on my part.
