Saplings do seem pretty chill, some people look down on them for being unironic cucks, but they're pretty ok in my book. Takodachis are mostly ok but some of them do have a superiority complex because their oshi is yab free and same goes for Irystocrats
These three are probably the least annoying fans in HoloEN. If we take NijiEN into the mix Rosebuds and Famlira are also pretty cool

I mean I say that as an IRySocrat that most of the times, Hoomans can be really friendly. The reason that they sometimes may act this way is because literally the whole board is attacking Mumei for really stupid reasons like her sounding like Gura, her not being able to stream her pov, or her not joining Niji En etc.
I really have not seen them insert Mumei in conversations though(But that actually maybe because I have not actually interacted with a toxic Hooman). So my experience with the Hoomans has been amazing thus far.
Regarding Takodachis, I don't think they think of themselves as superior per say like IRySocrats because of this whole idea of JP>En is there on this board.
I will say Bae and Fauna have the best En fanbases(Will put saplings slightly ahead of Brats) followed by Takodachi's then followed by IRySocrats then either the KFP or Hoomans.
Regarding Niji, I think Shu and Elira fandoms are the only one I don't have a problem with. Would have added Rosebuds there like everyone but my experience with them has not exactly been the best and like you said about the owlpals, they keep inserting their oshi in conversations in my experience.
Petra also has a chill fandom though
