Going on this month alone on Holodex I count 7 streams from Aki, 9 for Matsuri (plus 1 cover with Nene), and 7 for Mel not including 2 member streams and 1 more stream in a few hours, which means the only veteran you mentioned who doesn't really stream is Ayame which doesn't really change much. Even if they do ease up on requirements when you've been at Cover for long enough, you're still seeing multiple year veterans still able to put out more streams despite Holofes being around 10 days away compared to someone who's been at the company for just over half a year.

I still think it's a classic case of she was enthusiastic going into debut but after a week or two she lost that steam. Either she isn't enjoying streaming as much as she thought she would (Kronii has already shown us that it can be hard on some of them and it's not easy to judge if someone's love for streaming will keep up over time) or shit like her design and her relatively lower numbers compared to her genmates lowered her motivation.
