To explain that a bit, the NijiIN branch got axed and tried to be forced as Niji"EN" and axed again shortly after failing to get any Western traction as a fake EN branch. HoloEN was in essence responsible for the collapse of the vtuber careers of the people who seem to have some part in running NijiEN. So I'd imagine, they may harbor resentment to Holo for that.
