To be fair, IRyS and Enna both have similar problems in getting traction for their covers/originals.

Biggest turnoff for irys in particular was shes advertised as an EN Vsinger but can only sing In Japanese.

Gura is the real Vsinger of EN, both are good but irys is just better suited as a JP singer.

She does plenty of english karaoke streams.

Problem is that most of her orisongs are lackluster, and the schizo EN/JP-mixed lyrics doesn't help. Here Comes Hope is her standout song, and some Journey songs are good but they're only on streaming services.

IRyS gets almost zero promotion. It's actually kind of infuriating when you think about it.
It would cost literally nothing to have a collab and then rather than shilling shitty stands and one(1) wall scroll playing a preview of IRyS newest album/having her shill it herself. Heavens know it'd be quite a bit simpler to come across as enthusiastic for the music of the girl almost everyone vibes with than the 5th shitty merch drop that year.

I think one major reason is his post-game zatsus getting picked up by artists as huge source fanart. The guy often spends upwards of 2 hours after the event (that includes 5+ hour collabs) just doing comedy bits with his Chat which causes people who might get filtered by the types of games he likes to still turn up just to see him speak.
That last part also plays into another aspect of the process.

He constantly uses a constantly-expanding amount of fan assets on screen. This means people show up just so they can make stuff for them which in turn then shills them.

TL;DR: He's taking full advantage of what streaming can do in a way arguably nobody else in the branch does. What he does is arguably closer to oldschool standup comedy than streaming, despite his many and varied Twitch-isms.
Conversely Vox's spiel is based - aside from his voice - around running his streams like a podcast.

It honestly can't be that fucking hard to get some European producer in to make an Eurobeat album with her.
IRyS likes Eurobeat.
Yagoo likes Eurobeat & a lot of other EDM.
Arcade, mobile and rhythm games like EDM.

It honestly should be a no-brainer.
Alternatively I'd have her collab with Gorrilaz. Some demon thing appearing alongside an already rather weeby virtual band ain't gonna raise many eyebrows.

They didn't run ads.
The luxiem fans are just different m
Kpop fans so they know how to boost their talents with streaming repeatedly. You fags just aren't as good at supporting your female streamers.
Women are better at being loyal fans than men.

>Women are better at being loyal fans than men.
Always has been. Like forget the rest, just consider the fact that men will boycott a stream if they don't like a game. Whereas, for example, Shu Yamino's fans will stick around for FIVE. HOURS. watching him play something as giga spergy as Human Resource Machine.

He did our tungsten rat a solid by being one of the top hypeman so far in Mouse's subathon (helped raise almost 15 hours) which was the most just behind Connor/Bubi and Nyan. Seemed cool enough for a sub. Ike was also well received him and Mouse seemed to have a lot of similar interests.
