Here's my stupid take, coming from someone who watches her almost daily. All of this info I use to base my thoughts on her and the way she looks at men is via her streams.
Kiara doesn't hate men. She has a problem with men, but that's because of past events. She's mentioned that she had daddy issues and has refered to her dad a single time in streams as 'my father figure' meaning either the guy that stepped in when her dad ditched the family for whatever the reason or she dislikes her dad so much for whatever history is there that she doesn't even want to call him father. If Mamatori didn't have a long-standing partner during her growing up, it could have easily fucked her up having so many male figures come in and out of her life.
Beyond that she mentioned an incident on New Years. She said that she went out on to her patio to watch the fireworks at midnight. There were some drunk guys across the street that catcalled her and yelled for her to take her top off. After telling that story, she said "I don't really like to go to parties anyways because there's usually a lot of drinking and drunk people get aggressive". I've never heard anyone use that line about aggression unless it was used to describe a drinking man.
One last thing to note in this is that during her German teaching stream, she made a song that was about a drunk father coming home late and getting his ass kicked by his wife for being a deadbeat drunk.
All of this together has two possibilities. Either Kiara had a real piece of shit father who was a drunk and did some not great stuff to the family that really fucked her up, or her father was just an abandoning sack of shit and she had a traumatic event with a male and alcohol later in her life.

At the end of all of this, I really do love this birb and I'm glad she can have psudo-male interaction with her chat (because she usually genders the chickens as male when she mentions gender unless explicitly talking about a female fan), and I hope she can deal with the issues in her past at some point and heal.
