She has Common Variable Immune Deficiency. It’s an incurable disease that makes it to where the amount of antibodies she creates is extremely low. So it’s basically a death wish to get hurt, contact someone who’s sick, and even try to go out. She also has a lung disease on top of it so she always needs to be put on oxygen if I remember correctly.

In my brain that’s what I think all en vtubers sound like.
